HQ Admin keeps its configuration in 2 places. Company Settings holds what describes your organisation: brand, users, audiences and the lists your campaigns and stores draw on. Platform Admin holds security and the switches that turn platform features and integrations on or off. Both sit in the bottom group of the left navigation and open a page with a sub-navigation card on the left and the settings panel on the right.

Company Settings

The sub-navigation lists Platform Set-up, Brand / Logo / Guidelines, Campaign Settings, Retail Admin Set-up and a collapsible Retail Settings group containing Store Segments, Display Tags and CTA Settings.

Platform Admin

The sub-navigation lists Security (IP Restrictions) and a collapsible Enabled Features group. Each feature page turns one capability on and holds its settings. Most feature toggles are platform-wide; queueing, appointments and digital signage are also switched per store under Stores / Branches → Enabled Features, and QR Control, proximity and vision per display under Displays & Devices → Enabled Features.

Who can change these settings

Changes on Platform Set-up prompt for your Admin password before they are saved. Store managers never see Company Settings or Platform Admin; the settings they can maintain themselves live in Retail Admin under Store Info.
