Campaign Monitoring Settings control how the platform decides a campaign is on rotation, when it marks a campaign inactive, and how long it keeps playback analytics. These rules feed the Playback Audit column and the campaign status you see everywhere else. Allow about 3 minutes.

Before you begin

  • An HQ Admin account with the Admin role.

Steps

  1. In the left navigation, select Platform Admin.
  2. Under Enabled Features, select Campaign Monitoring Settings.
  3. Turn on Enable Closed-Loop Campaign Optimisation.
  4. Under ON ROTATION CAMPAIGN CLASSIFICATION RULES, set how many times a campaign must appear in the channel rotation, and over how many minutes, to count as on rotation.
  5. For Run the Campaign Classification, choose 24 hours a day or At a specific Daily Time.
  6. Set Update a Campaign's Status to Inactive after (in hours).
  7. Under PLAYBACK ANALYTICS RECORDS (DATA RETENTION), set Save Campaign Playback Analytics Records for Past (in days).
  8. Select Save Changes.
