About the Platform

Personalisation Hub is the only Platform, focused on supporting Personalisation in Retail (end-to-end).

Highly regulated industries have very strict security & privacy obligations that they must meet. Personalisation Hub has therefore been designed to be self-hosted by clients (in their own AWS account), to run on a client’s own domain/data & also sits behind our client’s own security infrastructure.

Our objective is ensuring that Brands (with physical retail stores) can continually optimise their customer’s journey, from Pre-Store Visit > Store Check-In > White-Glove Hand-Over to Staff > Post Visit Follow-Up & beyond.
