When a visitor scans a display's QR Control code, the mobile site shows a campaign carousel of the triggered campaigns running on that display, sitting between the header and the menu. Which campaigns appear is controlled from Campaigns: a campaign must have the Store Sites touch-point enabled for the template, and it must be activated.

Before you begin

Enable a campaign for the mobile site

  1. In the left navigation, select Campaigns.
  2. Select the campaign's name.
  3. On the Campaign Brief tab, under ENABLED TOUCH-POINT(S), switch Store Sites on.
  4. In Mobile Site Template(s), choose the templates whose carousel the campaign belongs in.
  5. Select Update Campaign Brief.

Activate or deactivate a single campaign

  1. In the left navigation, select Campaigns.
  2. Select the triggered campaign, for example Triggered Campaign 3.
  3. Next to Status at the top of the page, switch the activation toggle on or off.

Activate or deactivate several campaigns

  1. In the Campaigns list, tick the checkbox for each campaign.
  2. Select Activate / Deactivate Selected.
  3. Confirm the activation or deactivation.

Verify it worked

In the Campaigns list, the campaign's Status shows it as activated, and the Enabled Touch-point(s) column shows a tick for Store Sites. Scan the display's QR code on a phone: the carousel shows the campaign; a deactivated campaign no longer appears.
