Choose which campaigns appear in the campaign carousel
When a visitor scans a display's QR Control code, the mobile site shows a campaign carousel of the triggered campaigns running on that display, sitting between the header and the menu. Which campaigns appear is controlled from Campaigns: a campaign must have the Store Sites touch-point enabled for the template, and it must be activated.
Before you begin
- Triggered campaigns are set up. See What are triggered campaigns?
- QR Control is enabled on the display. See Enable QR Control on a display.
Enable a campaign for the mobile site
- In the left navigation, select Campaigns.
- Select the campaign's name.
- On the Campaign Brief tab, under ENABLED TOUCH-POINT(S), switch Store Sites on.
- In Mobile Site Template(s), choose the templates whose carousel the campaign belongs in.
- Select Update Campaign Brief.
Activate or deactivate a single campaign
- In the left navigation, select Campaigns.
- Select the triggered campaign, for example Triggered Campaign 3.
- Next to Status at the top of the page, switch the activation toggle on or off.
Activate or deactivate several campaigns
- In the Campaigns list, tick the checkbox for each campaign.
- Select Activate / Deactivate Selected.
- Confirm the activation or deactivation.
Verify it worked
In the Campaigns list, the campaign's Status shows it as activated, and the Enabled Touch-point(s) column shows a tick for Store Sites. Scan the display's QR code on a phone: the carousel shows the campaign; a deactivated campaign no longer appears.
