Your store's opening hours control when its virtual queue opens and closes, when appointment slots are offered and what customers see online. As store staff you keep them current from the staff tablet. It takes about 2 minutes.

Before you begin

  • A Retail Admin login for your store.

Steps

  1. Sign in to your store's Retail Admin site.
  2. In the left navigation, select Store Info, then Store Hours. The Opening Hours & Appointment Settings page opens on the Opening Hours tab.
  3. For each day from MONDAY to SUNDAY, check the times in Store Opening and Store Closing, and correct any that are wrong.
  4. To mark a day as closed, clear the checkbox at the start of that day's row. The row shows Closed.
  5. To reopen a closed day, select its checkbox and set the opening and closing times.
  6. In Store Time Zone, confirm the store's time zone, for example (UTC/GMT +10) Australia/Sydney. Queue and appointment times are calculated in this zone.
  7. Add anything customers should know in Additional Comments.
  8. Select Save Changes.
If your store's data is synchronised with Google Business Profile, the new hours reach Google after the next synchronisation, not immediately. Public holidays are set separately — see Set special holiday opening hours (Retail Admin).

Verify it worked

The Opening Hours table shows the saved times, with Closed on any day you cleared. From the next opening time, the queue opens according to the new hours.
