The Status column in Displays & Devices shows whether each screen is online, and how long any offline screen has been down. Check it every morning before stores open: an offline display cannot play campaigns or support personalised experiences, and a group of displays offline for the same period usually points to a hardware, network or operating-system fault.

Before you begin

  • An HQ Admin account.

Steps

  1. In the left navigation, select Displays & Devices.
  2. In the Status column header, open the filter and choose Offline.
  3. To narrow the list to screens that have been offline for a given period, choose a period in the same filter, for example 30 Days.
  4. Read the count at the top of the list. It shows how many displays have been offline for the selected period.
  5. To see exactly how long an individual display has been offline, hover over its red status icon.
  6. To investigate a display, select its Name. The detail page opens on its Display Details tab and shows its Status at the top right.

Verify it worked

The list shows only offline displays, with a count for the chosen period, and hovering a status icon shows the time offline.
