View the campaign playback audit for a display
The platform continually records which campaigns play on every display. The Playback Audit column gives a 24-hour summary for each display, and the Campaign Playback tab gives the full record for one display, including when a campaign first went live. Allow about 2 minutes.
Before you begin
- An HQ Admin account.
- Campaign playback monitoring is turned on. See Configure campaign playback monitoring.
Check the summary for all displays
- In the left navigation, select Displays & Devices.
- In the Playback Audit column, read the number on each display's on-rotation icon. It is the count of campaigns playing on rotation.
- Hover over the icon to see which campaigns they are.
- Select the icon to open a detailed breakdown.
Check the full history for one display
- Select the display's Name.
- Select the Campaign Playback tab. Each row shows Date/Time, Playback Strategy, Campaign Name, Duration (seconds), File Type and Matched Rule.
- To confirm when a campaign went live, search its name in the Campaign Name column and scroll back to its first row.
Verify it worked
The Campaign Playback tab lists playback rows for the display, newest first, and the Playback Audit icon in the list matches the campaigns you expect on rotation.
