Find all the identifiers for a display
Personalisation Hub keeps every identifier you might need to troubleshoot display issues across your digital signage network (e.g. in your MDM/CDM), your network allow-list or a third-party retail system, all on the display's Display Details tab.
Before you begin
- An HQ Admin account. In Retail Admin, store staff can see the Asset ID and Device Serial Number for their own store's displays.
Steps
- In the left navigation, select Displays & Devices.
- Select the display's Name, for example Branch Entrance. The Display Details tab opens.
- Scroll down to the read-only identifier fields.
- Copy the value you need into the system you are troubleshooting.
