Connect a triggered campaign to an AI agent interaction
Once your AI agent is integrated with the platform, a triggered campaign can play on a display when a visitor's conversation matches the campaign's intent. The agent matches the synonyms defined for the campaign against what the visitor says or types; on a match, the campaign plays on the connected display.
Before you begin
- Your AI agent (for example Dialogflow) is integrated with your Personalisation Hub instance. This is done with the Personalisation Hub team — email support@personalisationhub.com to arrange it.
- An activated triggered campaign — see What are triggered campaigns?
- If the agent runs on the display itself, a microphone or webcam connected to the display, with its volume audible.
Enable the AI Agents touch-point on the campaign
- In the left navigation, select Campaigns, then select the campaign's name.
- On the Campaign Brief tab, under ENABLED TOUCH-POINT(S), set AI Agents to on.
- Enter the synonyms and utterances the agent matches for this campaign.
- Select Update Campaign Brief.
Enable the agent on the display
The display-level steps are in Enable chatbot interactions on a display or mobile site. In short: open the display in Displays & Devices, select the Enabled Features tab, enable the chatbot option, choose the intent to trigger and the token to send to the agent, choose whether the agent starts on the display or on the visitor's phone, then select Save Changes.
Verify it worked
Speak or type an utterance that matches one of the campaign's synonyms. The campaign starts on the display, and the campaign's row in Campaigns shows the intent under Matched Intent.
Next step
Trigger campaigns from customer or decisioning data
