View queue and appointment history
Retail Admin keeps a record of every queued visitor and every appointment for as long as the platform retains queueing data (90 days by default). Use it to check who served a visitor, review why people visit and how long they waited, or find a record the day after.
Before you begin
- A Retail Admin sign-in for your store — see Sign in to the Retail Admin site (no SAML/SSO), or use single sign-on if your organisation has Integrate single sign-on (SAML) for store staff.
Steps
- In the left navigation of Retail Admin, select QUEUEING & APPTS.
- At the top right of the Queueing & Appointments page, select Queue & Appointment History.
- Select the Queue History or Appointment History tab.
- Use the column filters to narrow the list: enter a name under Visitor Name, filter Visitor Type or Reason for Visit, search Additional Info by keyword, or enter a name under Assisted by.
- Select a column heading such as Date & Time or Status to sort.
What the columns show
| Column | Queue History | Appointment History |

Verify it worked
The count at the top of the tab (for example 1 Queued Visitors) matches the rows shown, and the row for a visitor you served today lists you under Assisted by.
