Install Personalisation Hub from AWS Marketplace
Personalisation Hub installs into your own AWS account from AWS Marketplace. The whole process takes a little over an hour, of which roughly 7 minutes is hands-on — the rest is AWS building the stack and installing the platform.
This page is the map. Each stage has its own article with the detail.
Before you begin
- An AWS account, with permission to subscribe to Marketplace products and create CloudFormation stacks that include IAM resources.
- The decisions and assets in the pre-installation check-list, agreed with your IT team.
- Someone who can add DNS records for your domain within 3 days of installation finishing.

- Step 3 — Set up DNS after installation — add the CNAME records and verify your domain.
- Step 4 — First login and platform set-up — sign in and start configuring the platform.
