Copy a visitor's mobile number or email address

Once you have picked a visitor up, their mobile number and email address on the visitor details page are tap-to-copy. Paste the value into your CRM or another system to recall the customer's record without retyping it, which saves time and avoids errors.

Before you begin

• A Retail Admin sign-in for your store — see Sign in to the Retail Admin site (no SAML/SSO), or use single sign-on if your organisation has Integrate single sign-on (SAML) for store staff.
• You have picked the visitor up — see Pick up a visitor from the queue.

Steps

1. On the visitor's details page, select the mobile number. It is copied to the clipboard.
2. Or, select the email address to copy that instead.
3. Switch to your CRM or other system and paste the value into its search field.

Verify it worked

Pasting produces the visitor's number or address exactly as entered on the queue record.
