Generate storyboard, copy and creative with AI
Once the campaign brief is saved, the platform's AI agents generate the storyboard and copy, a preview in each orientation, and then the final assets for every enabled touch-point. It makes no difference whether the AI assistant wrote the brief or you did. You review and refine at each stage. Generation takes a few seconds per stage for an image campaign; video takes longer.
Before you begin
- A saved campaign brief with at least 1 touch-point enabled — see Launch a new campaign.
- Your provider API keys registered under Platform Admin → AI Models / Integrations — see Connect AI models and providers. OpenAI writes the storyboard and copy, Google Gen AI (Gemini) generates images, and Google Gen AI (Veo 3.1) or LTX (LTX 2.5) generates video. Each stage is handled by a different agent; AI agents and skills reference lists which model does what.
- Recommended: your brand guidelines PDF uploaded, so the copy and imagery follow them — see Upload your brand guidelines for the AI agents.
Generate the storyboard and copy
- On the campaign's Campaign Brief tab, check the brief, then select Generate Storyboard & Copy.
The agent reviews past campaign performance for the same product, objective and audience, and writes the storyboard and copy on the Storyboard & Copy tab.
- Under Campaign Type, choose Image or Video. Image is quicker to generate; Video needs a Veo 3.1 or LTX 2.5 integration.
- Use the Landscape and Portrait control to check each orientation.
- Open HEADLINE, SUB HEADLINE, BODY COPY, CTA COPY and LEGAL COPY (Ts&Cs) and refine the text.
- If the campaign features a newly launched product, add product images under REFERENCE IMAGES / STYLE GUIDES.
- For a video campaign, in Scene 1 edit the Scene Prompt, then use Request changes or Regenerate on the First Frame. Under Last Frame, choose Generate image or Upload image. Set Duration and Camera under Scene Settings.
- Select Update Storyboard & Copy.
Generate the preview and the creative assets
- Select Generate Campaign Preview.
- Review the landscape and portrait previews.
- If something is wrong, select Request changes, describe the change under What changes would you like me to make?, then select Request changes to confirm.
- When the preview is right, select Generate Creative Assets. The agent produces a production-ready asset for every enabled playlist, template and page at once.
- Select the Creative tab, then Campaign Assets.
- Check the card for each playlist, for example LANDSCAPE PLAYLIST (DIGITAL SIGNAGE). To redo 1 asset, select Regenerate Asset; to replace it with your own file, select Upload new Campaign Asset.
Verify it worked
Every enabled playlist card under Creative → Campaign Assets shows a generated asset with a duration (for example 0:08). The campaign still does not play until you activate it.
Troubleshooting
The Storyboard & Copy tab is greyed out
Cause. The tab is unavailable for this campaign in its current state.
Fix. Save the campaign brief first and generate the storyboard from the Campaign Brief tab.
Generation fails or never finishes
Cause. The AI model for that stage is not connected, or its provider rejected the request.
Fix. Under Platform Admin → AI Models / Integrations, register the missing provider or re-enter its API key. Check the model assigned to that agent and the Max Retries and Retry Interval settings, then retry.
Next step
Add a campaign to play on a digital signage display
