# Validate your store's details and address (Retail Admin)

> Store staff: check and correct your store's address, phone number, website and languages spoken from the Store Profile page on the staff tablet.

Customers rely on the address and contact details the platform publishes for your store. As store staff, you can check them yourself on the staff tablet and correct anything that is wrong, without waiting for head office. It takes about 2 minutes.

## Before you begin

- A Retail Admin login for your store. See [Sign in to the Retail Admin site (no SAML/SSO)](https://personalisationhub.com/support-centre/company-set-up-and-users/sign-in-to-the-retail-admin-site-no-saml-sso/).

## Steps

1. Sign in to your store's Retail Admin site.
2. In the left navigation, select **Store Info**, then **Store Profile**. The **Store Profile** page opens with the store's name and logo at the top.
3. Check **Address**, **Suburb**, **Postcode**, **State** and **Country** against the store's real location.
4. Check **Phone Number** and **Website**.
5. In **Languages Spoken by Store Staff**, make sure every language your team can serve customers in is listed. Campaigns can be targeted at stores by these languages.
6. If anything is wrong, correct it, then select **Save Changes**. If everything is correct, no action is needed.

> **Note:** Which fields store staff and store managers can edit is controlled by your organisation. If a field you need to change is read-only, ask your HQ Admin, who can email [support@personalisationhub.com](mailto:support@personalisationhub.com) to adjust access levels.

## Verify it worked

After saving, the **Store Profile** page shows the corrected values. Store data linked to Google Business Profile is pushed to Google after the next synchronisation.
