# Download a store's QR code for its mobile store site

> Download a transparent PNG QR code that opens a store's mobile store site, for use on signage, print and packaging.

Every store has a QR code that opens its mobile store site. Download it as a transparent PNG from the store's **Store Details** tab and use it on window signage, counter displays, receipts or packaging so customers can join the queue, book an appointment or browse offers from their own phone.

## Before you begin

- An HQ Admin account with the Admin role.
- A mobile site template published under **Platform Admin → Enabled Features → Mobile Store Sites**. See [Define your default mobile site template](https://personalisationhub.com/support-centre/mobile-store-sites/define-your-default-mobile-site-template/).

## Steps

1. In the left navigation, select **Stores / Branches**.
2. Select the store name. The store opens on the **Store Details** tab.
3. In **QR Control - Mobile Site Template**, check that the template the QR code should open is selected, for example **Mobile App**. If you change it, select **Save Changes**.
4. Select **Download QR-Code for Store Site (Transparent PNG)**. The PNG file downloads to your device.

> **Note:** The QR code shown in the Retail Admin **Add Visitor to Queue** dialog is a different code: it takes the visitor straight into joining that store's queue. Use the store-site QR code from this page for printed material.

## Verify it worked

Scan the downloaded PNG with a phone. The store's mobile store site opens with the header and menu items defined in the selected template.
