The banner means the staff tablet has lost its live connection to the platform's queueing server, so the queue on screen is no longer updating. Select **Refresh** in the banner, or reload the browser page, to reconnect.

The banner appears at the top of the page with a second line asking you to refresh your browser to reconnect, and a **Refresh** button. Until you reconnect, new visitors, pick-ups and status changes made elsewhere do not appear, and actions such as **Add New Appointment** may not open.

If refreshing does not clear it: check the tablet's Wi-Fi or network connection, check that **Enable Store Queueing** is on for both the platform and this store in HQ Admin (see [Enable virtual store queueing](https://personalisationhub.com/support-centre/queue-management/enable-virtual-store-queueing/)), and check whether other stores are affected. If the banner persists across devices, contact support — see [How do I get support?](https://personalisationhub.com/support-centre/getting-started/how-do-i-get-support/).
