# Let retail staff activate triggered campaigns

> Enable the Staff Tablet touch-point so store staff can play a triggered campaign on a display while talking to a visitor.

When a triggered campaign has the **Staff Tablet** touch-point enabled, staff in a store can start it on any display in their store from Retail Admin. Staff use it to give a conversation context or to show a promotion while they talk to a visitor.

## Before you begin

- An HQ Admin account to update the campaign.
- A Retail Admin (staff tablet) login for the store — see [Upload Retail Admin users for your stores](https://personalisationhub.com/support-centre/company-set-up-and-users/upload-retail-admin-users-for-your-stores/).
- A triggered campaign that is activated — see [What are triggered campaigns?](https://personalisationhub.com/support-centre/personalisation-and-ai/what-are-triggered-campaigns/)

## Enable the Staff Tablet touch-point (HQ Admin)

1. In the left navigation, select **Campaigns**.
2. Select the campaign's name.
3. On the **Campaign Brief** tab, under **ENABLED TOUCH-POINT(S)**, set **Staff Tablet** to on.
4. Select **Update Campaign Brief**.

## Play the campaign on a display (Retail Admin)

1. Sign in to Retail Admin on the staff tablet.
2. In the menu, select **Displays & Devices**, then **Manage Displays**.
3. In the display's row, open the **…** menu and select **View Display Details**.
4. In **Active Campaign**, choose the triggered campaign.
5. Select **Save Changes**.

## Verify it worked

The display starts playing the campaign, and in **Manage Displays** the display's **Active Campaign** column shows the campaign name.
