# Create a mobile site template for a concierge kiosk

> Create a template with a single Join the queue menu item so visitors who scan the concierge display are taken straight to the queue.

A concierge kiosk template has 1 menu item: **Join the queue**. Because the template has a single item, a visitor who scans the kiosk's QR code is redirected to the queue page immediately, without seeing a menu. Allow about 5 minutes.

## Before you begin

- An HQ Admin login with access to **Platform Admin**.
- Store queueing is enabled for the store. See [Set up a dedicated concierge display or kiosk](https://personalisationhub.com/support-centre/queue-management/set-up-a-dedicated-concierge-display-or-kiosk/) for the full kiosk set-up.

## Steps

1. In the left navigation, select **Platform Admin**.
2. Under **Enabled Features**, select **Mobile Store Sites**.
3. Select **Add New Template**.
4. In **Template Name**, enter a name such as `Concierge Kiosk`.
5. In **Mobile Header**, enter the heading, using **+ Add Token** to insert `${StoreName}` if you want the store's name.
6. Select **Add Menu Item**.
7. Select the pre-configured **Join the queue** menu item.
8. Check the item's settings, including the states it is shown in, then select **Save**.
9. Select **Save Changes**.

> **Important:** The automatic redirect only happens when no campaigns are running on that display. If a campaign is active on the kiosk, visitors see the campaign carousel and the menu instead.

## Verify it worked

The **Mobile Store Sites** page lists the new template and the template count increases by 1. The template is ready to assign to the kiosk display.
