**Insights / Analytics** shows how every campaign performed across your signage network for any date range: how long and how often it played. Where displays have a webcam and Vision/AI enabled, it also shows how many people viewed it, for how long, and who they were. The same data is downloadable for analysis outside the platform.

## Before you begin

- An HQ Admin account.
- Campaigns that have played on registered displays in the period you want to review.
- For views, view duration, engagement scores and passer-by demographics: **Enable Vision/AI (BETA)** turned on for the display — see [Target passers-by using computer vision at the edge](https://personalisationhub.com/support-centre/launching-campaigns/target-passers-by-using-computer-vision-at-the-edge/).

## Review campaign performance

1. In the left navigation, select **Insights / Analytics**. The **Campaign Performance** tab opens.
2. In the filter bar, set **Start date** and **End date**.
3. Narrow the view with **All Stores**, **All Display Types** and **All Campaigns**. Each is a filter; leave it as is to include everything.
4. Read the **Campaign Performance Summary** tiles: **Playback Duration**, **Playback Count**, **Total Views** and **Avg View Duration**, plus the **ENGAGEMENT SCORE** bar.
5. Scroll to **Performance by Display Type** and **Performance by Location**. Both break the same measures down, with **Passerby Audience** split into **Male** and **Female**.

If you feed transaction data into the platform, performance can also be associated with revenue and transactions — the **Transactions** report on the Downloads tab holds the ingested line items.

## Download the raw reports

1. Select the **Downloads** tab. The page title is **Downloadable Reports**.
2. Set the date range.
3. On the report you need, select **Download CSV** or **Download JSON**.

## Verify it worked

The summary tiles show values other than 0 for the chosen date range, and the 2 tables list rows for each display type and state that played the campaigns. A download starts when you select a format on a report card.

## Troubleshooting

### Every tile shows 0 and the tables say No data

**Cause.** No campaign played in the selected date range, or playback records older than the retention period have been removed.

**Fix.** Widen the date range. Check **Save Campaign Playback Analytics Records for Past (in days)** under **Platform Admin → Campaign Monitoring Settings** — see [Configure campaign playback monitoring](https://personalisationhub.com/support-centre/digital-signage/configure-campaign-playback-monitoring/).

### Playback Count is populated but Total Views stays at 0

**Cause.** Views come from the display's webcam. Vision/AI is not enabled on the displays that played the campaign, or they have no webcam.

**Fix.** Open the display's **Enabled Features** tab and turn on **Enable Vision/AI (BETA)** with **Monitor Passerby & Campaign Engagement Data**.
