In stores that use Retail Admin for queueing or appointments, a campaign can follow the staff on shift. Each staff member records the languages they speak in their profile. While someone who speaks Mandarin is set to **Available**, a campaign telling visitors so plays on the store's displays. It stops when they go off shift.

## Before you begin

- Staff sign in to Retail Admin and set their availability — see [Manage your availability status](https://personalisationhub.com/support-centre/queue-management/manage-your-availability-status/).
- Each staff member has entered their languages under **Languages Spoken** in their profile — see [Update the languages you speak](https://personalisationhub.com/support-centre/queue-management/update-the-languages-you-speak/). The languages are not available to target until at least 1 profile lists them.
- A campaign with creative for the store's playlists.

## Steps

1. In the left navigation, select **Campaigns**, then select the campaign name.
2. Select the **Targeting** tab.
3. Select **Add New "AND" Condition**.
4. In the first select, choose **Store / Location Data**.
5. In the second select, choose **Languages Spoken by Staff**.
6. In the third select, choose **includes selected**.
7. In the fourth select, choose the language or languages.
8. Select **Save Changes**.
9. At the top right, turn on the activation toggle.

> **Note:** Only staff whose status is **Available** count. A staff member who is signed in but set to **Unavailable** does not trigger the campaign.

## Verify it worked

In Retail Admin, a staff member whose profile lists the language turns their **Available** toggle on. The campaign joins the rotation on that store's displays. When they turn it off, the campaign leaves the rotation.
