The **Status** column in **Displays & Devices** shows whether each screen is online, and how long any offline screen has been down. Check it every morning before stores open: an offline display cannot play campaigns or support personalised experiences, and a group of displays offline for the same period usually points to a hardware, network or operating-system fault.

## Before you begin

- An HQ Admin account.

## Steps

1. In the left navigation, select **Displays & Devices**.
2. In the **Status** column header, open the filter and choose **Offline**.
3. To narrow the list to screens that have been offline for a given period, choose a period in the same filter, for example **30 Days**.
4. Read the count at the top of the list. It shows how many displays have been offline for the selected period.
5. To see exactly how long an individual display has been offline, hover over its red status icon.
6. To investigate a display, select its **Name**. The detail page opens on its **Display Details** tab and shows its **Status** at the top right.

## Verify it worked

The list shows only offline displays, with a count for the chosen period, and hovering a status icon shows the time offline.

## What to check on the detail page

| Tab or field | What it tells you |
| --- | --- |
| **Active Playlist** | Which playlist the display is on, and therefore which campaigns it supports |
| **Asset ID**, **Device Serial Number** | Identifiers for troubleshooting the device in your MDM/CDM |
| **Public IP Address** | The store's connection address, for diagnosing connectivity and IP allow-lists |
| **Unique Device ID** | Identifier used to authenticate the device with other platforms |
| **Campaign Playback** tab | Which campaigns have played and which interactions were triggered |
| **Device Status** tab | History of offline periods, disconnections and configuration changes |
