# Sign in to the Retail Admin site (no SAML/SSO)

> Sign in to the staff tablet (Retail Admin) with your email address and first-time password, then set your own password.

Store managers and staff whose organisation does not use single sign-on sign in to the Retail Admin site with the email address and first-time password their HQ Admin gave them. The first sign-in takes about 2 minutes, because you set your own password.

## Before you begin

- Your HQ Admin has uploaded your account and shared the login link and the first-time password — see [Upload Retail Admin users for your stores](https://personalisationhub.com/support-centre/company-set-up-and-users/upload-retail-admin-users-for-your-stores/).
- A tablet or computer with a browser, connected to the store network.

## Steps

1. In the browser, open the login link: `https://<your platform domain>/retail-admin-web/login`.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Enter the first-time password.
4. Sign in. Because this is your first sign-in, the site prompts you to set a new password.
5. Enter and confirm a new password of your own.

## Verify it worked

The **Queueing & Appointments** page opens, the left navigation shows **Retail Admin** with your store's name, and your avatar in the top-right shows a green status dot.

## Troubleshooting

### The page says the email address or password is wrong

**Cause.** Your email address is not in the CSV your HQ Admin uploaded, or the first-time password has since been changed.

**Fix.** Ask your HQ Admin to confirm your email address under **Company Settings → Retail Admin Set-up**. See [I can't sign in to the platform](https://personalisationhub.com/support-centre/company-set-up-and-users/i-can-t-sign-in-to-the-platform/).
