# Integrate single sign-on (SAML) for store staff

> Let store staff and managers sign in to Retail Admin through your organisation's single sign-on by raising a SAML integration ticket with support.

With SAML single sign-on (SSO), store staff and store managers are added to the platform automatically from your organisation's identity provider, instead of being uploaded by CSV and given a first-time password. Personalisation Hub sets the integration up with you; the request takes a few minutes, the integration itself is scheduled with the support team.

## Before you begin

- An HQ Admin account with the Admin role.
- Your organisation runs a SAML 2.0 identity provider, and someone who administers it is available to work with the support team.

## Steps

1. Email [support@personalisationhub.com](mailto:support@personalisationhub.com) with the subject `SAML Integration Support`.
2. In the email, include your platform domain, the environment (Development, Staging or Production) and the name of your identity provider.
3. Wait for the reply. The support team responds with the details they need from your identity provider.

> **Note:** Set SAML up before rolling the platform out to a significant number of stores, so that store accounts do not have to be uploaded and then migrated.

## Verify it worked

A store staff member can open the Retail Admin login link and sign in with their organisation credentials, without a first-time password.
