# Personalisation Hub for Fashion & Department Stores

Personalisation Hub is a self-hosted personalisation platform that turns online browsing into in-store sales for fashion and department stores. It combines live store context (time, weather, stock) with your own customer data from your CDP, CRM, loyalty and decisioning systems, and uses it to personalise website, mobile app, window screen and fitting-room screen in real time. ## How a visit is personalised
1. **Browsing online** (Web, app and store site): The store site shows what's in stock nearby and lets shoppers book a styling session. Result: A reason to visit this week.
2. **Passing the window** (Shopfront screens): Window creative adapts to the audience walking past and the local weather. Result: More people walk in.
3. **On the floor** (In-store screens and QR): QR Control lets shoppers browse the range on any screen from their own phone. Result: Engagement without waiting for staff.
4. **The fitting room** (Virtual queue): Shoppers join the fitting-room queue and keep browsing until a room is free. Result: More items tried on, fewer walk-outs.

## Benefits calculator
Inputs: stores, visitors per store per day, visitors who buy today, average transaction value. Assumptions: uplift in conversion from personalised offers (default 15%). Customers per day × 365 × today's conversion gives today's purchases. Personalised offers lift that conversion rate by the uplift percentage, e.g. 20% with a 15% uplift becomes 23% (and, where shown, extra walk-ins come in at the new rate). Extra purchases × value = incremental revenue.
